Louise has several years insurance experience having held various roles in both Broking and Claims Departments.  She joined us in 2008 working initially as an Account Handler before moving to her current role where her main responsibility is for the promotion and brand awareness of the business.  In 2011 she achieved the Cert CII Qualification.
