John worked with Woodward Markwell as a Management Consultant from 1993 before taking a permanent role as Office Manager in 1994 with responsibility for Finance, Management Information and Facilities.  He was appointed Company Secretary in 1997.  John is the Chairman of the Willis Accounts Group.
