Strategic Operations Manager

Jean has many years experience in insurance, with over 20 years at management level.  Her previous roles range from Liability Underwriter with GRE (now Axa) to General Manager of a Lloyds Motor Syndicate.  She joined us in 2006 and was appointed Broking Operations Manager in 2010.  In December 2011 Jean has been re-assigned to Strategic Operations Manager in which she is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies and processes to ensure our practices are providing the best service possible for our clients.  Jean is a Chartered Insurance Broker.
